This expansion represents months of planning, testing, and hands-on training, backed by major investments in top-of-the-line finishing equipment, including:

• Electron powder coating systems

• A 275 cubic foot industrial curing oven

• IPG-powered laser stripping technology

• A complete lineup of environmentally responsible cleaning and surface-prep systems

By bringing powder coating completely in-house, we are eliminating one of the most time-consuming and cost-intensive stages of traditional metal fabrication. This move allows us to:

• Reduce outsourced powder coating lead times by up to two full weeks

• Offer powder-coated fabricated parts in as fast as 24 hours

• Cut handling and transportation of finished goods by nearly 50%

• Substantially reduce rejection risk caused by third-party transfers and re-handling

• Lower total project cost through reduced logistics, labor, and outsourcing overhead

Less handling and full process control under one roof directly translate into meaningful cost reductions for our customers. This project has been in development for several months and was executed with extensive internal testing, structured training, and the direct guidance of respected local finishing service experts who helped us refine and validate our process prior to full launch.
