• Operate and manage our in-house powder coating line
• Prep parts for coating (cleaning, masking, handling)
• Apply consistent, high-quality powder finishes
• Run and monitor cure cycles in our oven
• Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient finishing area
• Work closely with production to keep jobs moving fast

⚙️ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience with powder coating or industrial finishing (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail — finishes matter here
• Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
• Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced shop
• Pride in your work — you care how the final product looks
• Willingness to learn and grow with new equipment and processes
