🔥 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform precision TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel
• Weld thin sheet metal components and assemblies
• Prep, fit, and tack parts prior to final welding
• Maintain tight tolerances and clean weld appearance
• Grind, blend, and finish welds as required
• Inspect your own work to ensure quality standards are met
• Work closely with production and engineering on custom parts

• Proven experience with TIG welding aluminum and stainless
• Strong experience with sheet metal welding (thin gauge)
• Ability to produce clean, consistent, visually high-quality welds
• Solid understanding of heat control and distortion management
• Ability to read prints and follow specifications
• Pride in craftsmanship — you care about how it looks and performs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-mix environment
